The University of Strathclyde, founded in 1796, is a leading international technological university based in the centre of Glasgow.

Our Centre for Sustainable Development was established in 2020, to further embed the SDGs in everything we do.

As part of our commitment to sustainability, Strathclyde has committed to reducing carbon emissions by 70% by 2025 and achieving net zero emissions by 2040 or earlier.
