AAAS 2006 Arctic Science Conference
Fairbanks, Alaska - The 2006 Arctic Science Conference of the American Association for the Advancement of Science will be held 2-4 October.
The conference's theme is "The State of the Arctic." A session on the International Polar Year (IPY) will be one of the many sessions covering topics in the physical, biological, and social sciences. The IPY session is being organized by Martin Jeffires of the UArctic IPY Education and Outreach Office.
