The talks in the seminar featured, Bodö University College's Associate Dean Bjørn Sagdahl who outlined the history and future prospects of Bodø's involvement in the BCS Programme, as well as plans for the development of a Master's in Northern Governance. The seminar participants also heard presentations about Thematic Network plans by associate professor Rolv Lyngstad (TN on Social Work) and associate professor Anatoli Bourmitsov (Energy). Profesor Andy Greenshaw, Vice-Chair of UArctic Board, President Lars Kullerud, Outi Snellman Director of Administration and University Relations as well as Greg Poelzer, Dean of Undergraduate Studies, represented UArctic in the opening ceremonies at Bodø University College.
