Linking Tourism & Conservation (LT&C); Seminar in Arendal, June 4-5 (6), 2010
The Seminar will build on the results of the LT&C-Arendal Seminar in 2007 (www.grida.no/...) and will give representatives from tourism, conservation and investment sectors an international forum, where we develop answers on
1. Where are existing and potential examples, where tourism is supporting marine protected areas ?
2. How will we define criteria for functioning cases of LT&C and thereby relate to certification possibilities?
3. What are ways how existing and potential examples of LT&C can made globally visible, used for learning, up-scaling, replication and investment.
