Triple I promoting seminars in Ekaterinburg and Novosibirsk in October 2011

Triple I will arrange one day seminars in Ekaterinburg on 10 October 2011 and in Novosibirsk on 12 October 2011 to promote the Russian educational institutes' opportunities for international cooperation. The seminars are open to all representatives of Russian higher education institutions.
