The First International Scientific and Practical Conference "Electronic Memory of the Arctic - cultural communication of the circumpolar world" will be held at the National Library, Saint Petersburg, Russian Federation, December 13, 2012. The main goals of this event are the Preservation of cultural heritage of the circumpolar world.
