Interns complete their work at the UArctic International Secretariat and the Thematic Networks Office

UArctic launched a call for two intern positions earlier this year: one at the UArctic International Secretariat at the University of Lapland in Rovaniemi, Finland, and another at the UArctic Thematic Networks Office at the University of Oulu, Finland. The Interns have now finalized their training under the MobilityDK project.

Nadja Joensen completed the Internship at the UArctic Secretariat at University of Lapland in Rovaniemi, and Mikkel  Bue Lykkegaard completed the Internship at the UArctic Thematic Networks at the Thule Institute at University of Oulu.

MobilityDK is a pilot model for providing financial support for teacher, researcher and student exchange. MobilityDK is a part of the UArctic Danish Mobility Project, the goal of which is to support mobility for the Kingdom of Denmark’s Arctic education activities, and mobility from the Kingdom of Denmark to Arctic educational activities in different areas of the Arctic through the UArctic network. The program is supported by the Danish Agency for Science, Technology and Innovation.
