The Master of Northern Governance and Development (MNGD) program was designed by Northerners for Northerners. Students study governance and development topics — all taught through a northern lens. Classes are available by videoconferencing and in evenings to accommodate working professionals and northern residents.

• Community-directed research component • Four-year degree in any discipline (min. 70% average)
• 10-day fully funded international field school • Demonstrated connection to the North
• Funding and mentorship supports • NAD residents have priority for admission
