New report available: “What Crisis? Global lessons from Norway for managing energy-based economies”

A new report from Macdonald-Laurier Institute, written Greg Poelzer (University of Saskatchewan/ICNGD; lead of Thematic Network on Northern Governance), suggests that Canada should follow Norway’s example by placing natural resource revenues into investments that can be used over the long-term.
