The conference will be held by Institute of Geology, Karelian Research Centre RAS 15-20 September 2015 in Petrozavodsk, Russia
SUBJECTS TO BE DISCUSSED:

Evolution of magmatism and metamorphism in the Earth’s history

Petrography of igneous and metamorphic rocks of Arctic Russia

Magmatism and geodynamics: petrographic indicators of geotectonic settings

Magmatism and magmatogene ore formation: magmatic characteristics of big deposits

Magmatism and metamorphism of the Fennoscandian Shield

Neovolcanism and hydrothermal systems and their contribution to the formation of deposits

Diagnostics and classification of crystalline rocks

The number of sections and the subjects to be discussed will depend on the contents of the applications submitted.
The most significant presentations will be recommended for publishing as papers in Russian leading scientific journals.
