Far Eastern Federal University and Korea University expand partnership
The Delegation from Korea University (Republic of Korea) visited Far Eastern Federal University. Universities discussed development of bilateral cooperation in education and science
In 2010, Far Eastern Federal University (FEFU) and Korea University signed an agreement on cooperation, which provides partnership in the field of knowledge promotion and dissemination, academic exchanges and joint research. In April 2010 FEFU Rector Sergei Ivanets in the framework of a working trip to the Republic of Korea visited Korea University and invited its leadership to Vladivostok.
In 2013 at the III Forum "Dialogue of Russia and Republic of Korea" the establishment of the two leading universities Association was announced and the final decision was adopted by the participants of the II Forum of Rectors of the leading Russian and Korean universities, held in November 2014 in the Far Eastern Federal University.
