Online Seminar: Education for Social Justice in Scotland, 20 June 2016
UArctic Thematic Network on Teacher Education for Social Justice and Diversity in Education organises an online seminar titled Education for social justice in Scotland on Monday, June 20 at 5 pm EET/3 pm UTC.
The seminar will contain two 20 minutes presentations. Dr Jenny Spratt will give a talk titled on "Social justice and childhood wellbeing in Scottish schools – socialisation or subjectification?".
Dr Kirsten Darling-McQuistan's presentation is titled "Exploring participatory approaches to learning and teaching with Primary 1 and 2 children in Scotland: a story from the field". Afterwards there is time for discussion.
