The second group of UArctic Student Ambassadors receive their training and participate in the annual Student Forum in St Petersburg as part of the UArctic Congress 2016, and also meet Ambassadors from the first group.

The newest group of UArctic Student Ambassadors started with an orientation session on Sunday, Sept 11 along with a few Ambassadors from the first group. In addition to receiving an introduction to UArctic and our activities and learning more about their roles and responsibilities as Ambassadors, the students were greeted by UArctic's President Lars Kullerud and Vice-President Indigenous Gerald Anderson.

Over the week the Student Ambassadors will participate in the Student Forum program, organized in conjunction with the UArctic Rectors' Forum, and they also have the chance to attend different sections of the UArctic Congress 2016.
