The book is a guide through the different steps of academic publishing — from writing the paper up until the publication of the article. It provides first-hand experience from an Editor’s perspective and offers explanations for different concepts and practices such as peer-reviewing or the Impact Factor while also discussing the benefits and drawbacks of article-based and monograph doctoral dissertations.
Early career researchers will find answers to many questions surrounding the publication of their research and will be well-equipped for the writing and publishing of their first research article.
