Eurodoc Conference 2018: "Research career - a living dream?"

The Finnish Union of University Researchers and Teachers (FUURT) and the European Council of Doctoral Candidates and Junior Researchers (Eurodoc) organize the Eurodoc conference for the first time in Finland with the title: “Research career – a living dream?” at the University of Tampere, on April 18–19, 2018.

The conference is to focus on research careers and employability, doctoral training, international and intersectoral mobility, working conditions, equality, mental health & well-being, social impact of science and innovations, as well as researchers’ roles in society from the perspective of early career researchers.

For Finnish conference participants (audience), there is a limited number of rooms available provided by FUURT. To book a room, please register to the event before February 2, 2018.

The event is sponsored by; Ministry of Education and Culture (Finland), FUURT, University of Tampere, Tampere University of Technology, Aalto University, Hanken School of Economics, University of Lapland, UArctic, University of Vaasa, University of Oulu, University of Helsinki, Åbo Akademi and City of Tampere.
