Thematic Network on Critical Arctic Studies at the EISA PEC Conference

The UArctic Thematic Network on Critical Arctic Studies (CAS) organized a roundtable and three sessions at the 17th EISA Pan-European Conference on International Relations (PEC) on 29-31 August 2024 in Lille, France.

The theme of the EISA (European International Studies Association) PEC Conference was "Searching for International Relations: Spaces, Styles, Struggles".

The roundtable discussed the need for critical approaches in Arctic studies, and the panels focused on spatial challenges in governance in the (European) Arctic and beyond, green transition, cooperation and conflict and identities and affects in Arctic Governance.
