Upon acceptance, participants receive an all-access pass to the 2025 Arctic Encounter Symposium (AES) in Anchorage. This exclusive pass not only provides registration to all conference sessions but also unlocks doors to mentoring, guidance, and connections with VIPs throughout the week.
As a fellow, you will engage in organized small group meetings during breaks between sessions, allowing you to connect with influential leaders in the Arctic from various sectors, including academia, industry, government, and defense.
While full access to the conference registration and meals are covered for all fellows, participants are responsible for travel and lodging expenses. However, an official acceptance letter can be provided upon admission to support applications for travel funds from external sources.

Please note that the program is open to US citizens and international applicants. Arctic Encounter is unable to assist directly in visa applications for travel to the US beyond a letter of support upon acceptance.
