This program is an opportunity to arrange for students to participate in real-world research and/or professional development at the summit of Mount Washington, New Hampshire.

Research themes focus on atmospheric science and meteorology, while also encouraging projects that integrate with other physical or social sciences. Participants will work on meaningful research and practical applications that intersect science, community, and the environment.

The program offers experiences across a spectrum of scales, from single-day summit day trips to immersive, multi-month independent research projects. This program will provide students with a one-of-a-kind experience at the Mount Washington Observatory's summit weather station.
