The Nordic Council of Ministers has published two new reports based on the project “Community-Based Monitoring and Management of Living Resources in the Faroe Islands”, co-supported by the UArctic Thematic Network on Collaborative Resource Management.



The prevailing “consequences-based paradigm” defines the role of climate scientists as informing the public about the negative effects of climate change, assuming this will mobilize political action to reduce emissions.
