COIL@UArctic Global Peace Webinar
The COIL@UArctic Global Peace Webinar series will continue this month with a session titled “Global Politics and New Technology: Is This the End or the Beginning for COIL?” The event will take place online on March 24, 2026.
The webinar will address how institutions can depoliticise Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL) and harness new technology to extend collaborative learning in a turbulent world.
The session will be facilitated by Izzy Crawford, Associate Dean for Economic, Social & Cultural Development at Robert Gordon University in Scotland. Speakers include Larisa K. Skelkin, Founder and CEO of the Global STEM Education Center based in Boston, and Chi Huyen Truong, Director of the Asian Coordination Office of the Asian Mountain Academic Alliance in Kathmandu, Nepal.
The event will take place online from 9:00–10:00 EDT (13:00–14:00 UTC).
