Prof. Mauri Ylä-Kotola will address the Forum on the topic of the role of an Arts and Design Faculty in a northern university for the development of the region and Outi Snellman will present UArctic and the possibitilites of UArctic Thamatic Networks. The Forum will take place on the 22nd of November, 2007, in the Bentley Centre at 7pm.
