UArctic Thematic Network on Arctic Telecommunications and Networking, member publication
A paper entitled “Telecommunication line infrastructure and the Arctic environment: past, present and future”, has just been published in the peer-reviewed, international journal called Polar Record (Cambridge University Press).
This article has been co-authored by Juha Saunavaara (Hokkaido University Arctic Research Center), Ritva Kylli (Faculty of Humanities, University of Oulu) and Mirva Salminen (Arctic Centre, University of Lapland).
