Climate change and healthy AgeinG: co-creating E-learning for resilience and adaptation (chAnGE)

ChAnGE is an Erasmus+ co-funded project which aims to enable and empower health and social care (HSC) workers to plan and incorporate climate adaptation and resilience into their everyday work.

In 2025 chAnGE project has published interactive, accessible, and bite-sized microcredentials offered online, which were co-created with target learners and older people.

The chAnGE project has proceeded into its last year and the registration for the microcredentials is now open via the project website. The suite covers several topics regarding climate change's health effects on older people and resilience in older people's health care for the target groups HSC professionals. The microcredentials are offered on the EQF levels 4,5 and 6.

The activity is scheduled to take place from October 1, 2023, to September 30, 2026.

The chAnGE project is part of the activities of the Thematic Network on Ageing and Gender in the Arctic.
