Fall Climate Café

Climate Cafe (1)

The virtual Climate Café where youth aged 18-35 can gather to share thoughts, experiences, and concerns around Climate Change in their communities, will be held on October 1st.

This will be the second virtual gathering for youth to come together and talk with peers around climate anxiety. Like the first, this session is free and will be guided by a mental health professional. The conversation is led by youth and supported by facilitators, but may include discussion on what climate change looks like in their communities and shared perspectives on coping, struggles and other thoughts.

The Climate Collective is a youth-led climate action project that operates out of the Johnson Geo Centre and the Memorial University of Newfoundland.

The Climate Café is part of the activities of the Thematic Network Youth Network.
